Myleen Bass

PreK-12 Library Media Specialist

Myleen graduated from Lancaster Senior High School and obtained her B.S. in Art Education from UW-Platteville. She went on to receive a M.S. degree in Library Science from UW-LaCrosse.

She has one son and two grandchildren. She currently resides in Platteville with her husband, three dogs and one cat." Hobbies include art, gardening and traveling. She has worked at Southwestern since August of 1991.

Barb Temperly

ES Library Aide

Barb graduated from Southwestern High School and has worked as a paraprofessional at Southwestern since 1993.  She and her husband, Terry reside in Platteville.  She has three children and nine grandchildren.  Barb enjoys Badger sports events, gardening & family activities.

Jodi Splinter

HS/MS Library Aide

Jodi  holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. After graduating, she moved back to the area and worked in publishing/book design for ten years. She then decided to start a graphic design business out of her home and has been doing so since the birth of her third child in 2004. Two years ago, when her fourth child started Kindergarten, she joined the Southwestern staff working part-time in the high school library. She since has taken on the responsibility of the high school yearbook and the school website.
